BECK FAMILY FARMS

Beck Family Farms is a 5th generation family farm. Raising primarily pumpkins, winter squash and alfalfa. We have been supplying the Gunnison Valley with fresh vegetables & squash for over 40 years. Jason & Daniel would take the excess harvest to the top of the street and sell to passer byers, in the early 80’s. In just a few short years as demand grew, we started selling on our front side walk. In the early 2000’s as the kids left home and we continued to grow, we converted the basketball court into what is now known as the Farmers Market Pavilion. This year we have over 150 different pumpkins & squash. Along with honey, fresh baked bread & other treats, locally grown meat, pumpkin fudge and lots more!
In the 90’s, we started selling our pumpkins to grocery stores and today we supply over 100 grocery stores in Utah, Nevada, Colorado & many other western states (our pumpkins have even made it as far as Hawaii).
In 1996, we opened our 18-hole mini golf course and is now the spot for family reunions, date night, church activities, company parties, school field trips and just a fun time for all who come visit.
As grandkids started to enter the family, grandpa & grandma decided they needed a mini straw maze. In 2018, Dan brought, The Wild Pumpkin Adventure. A one of a kind maze/obstacle course/adventure for all ages! In 2022, we added a petting zoo, full of all types of farm animals.
